No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Making a purchase does not improve your odds over the free method of entry described below.

Eligibility

The RISEN INCORPORATED FR-S Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RISEN INCORPORATED LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

Method 1 — Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit our online store and purchase any eligible product. Each product purchased constitutes one (1) entry.

Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 25, 2026 and received by September 5, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A 2014 Scion FR-S with approximately 105,000 miles, modified as described on the Giveaway page of this website, including all modifications listed at the time of the drawing. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") will vary based on final build specifications at time of drawing. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting and operating the prize vehicle. Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the vehicle beyond what is legally required. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

On or around September 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Claim Requirements

To claim the prize, the winner must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a legal U.S. resident; (c) possess a valid driver's license at time of claiming; (d) complete and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required timeframe. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
  • Entrants agree to release and hold harmless RISEN INCORPORATED LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.
  • Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  • This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
